The Norfolk Virginian Pilot October 6, 1954
Mrs. Mary K. Johnson, 76, formerly of Norfolk, died at Pasadena, Calif., 
yesterday at noon.  A native of Norfolk County, she had been a resident of the 
Norfolk area most of her life.  She had been a resident of Pasadena for the 
past year.
Mrs. Johnson was the widow of Howard Archer Johnson, who died at the residence 
at Virginia Beach in 1935, and was the daughter of Curtis Oliver and Mrs. Sarah 
Ives, She was a former member of St. Brides Episcopal Church, Berkley.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. T. Hall (Catherine Johnson) Brehme, of 
San Marino, Calif.
The body will be brought to the Cox Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be 
conducted at the grave in Magnolia Cemetery Monday at 2 p.m.
