Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa Mitchell Johnson, who passed away at her home, 128 
Avenue B, were held from Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. J. Q. A. Lassiter 
officiating Sunday, Feb. 11.

Mrs. Johnson will be remembered as the daughter of the late Will and Sophia 
Mitchell, well known residents of the Southside vicinity.

Interment was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with the Fitchett and Bell Funeral Home in 
charge.
