Norfolk - Julius A. Johnson Sr. of 750 B Ave. died August 8 in his home.

A native of Norfolk, he was a son of James Johnson Sr. and Mrs. Katie Johnson
and the husband of Mrs. Sadie S. Johnson.

He was a 31-year retired employee of Norfolk Naval Air Station and a member of
St. John AME Church.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Julius A. Johnson Jr. of
Philadelphia, and Bernard Johnson and Leonard Johnson of Norfolk;  a brother,
Richard Johnson of Norfolk;  and four grandchildren.

The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.
