Norfolk - Final rites were held for Thomas Johnson Sr. of 724 Brambleton avenue,
Sunday, in Bethlehem Disciples Church with the Rev. James Moore officiating.

He was employed by Metropolitan Cut-Rate Store. A native of Norfolk, he was the
son of Tobie and Mrs. Bertha Johnson and the husband of Mrs. Ruth Johnson.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Thomas Johnson Jr. of Philadelphia
and Tyrone Johnson of Norfolk; and eight grandchildren.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Riddick Funeral Service in charge of
arrangements.
