Virginian Pilot April 19, 1962

Mrs. Sallie Nottingham Jolliff, 96, widow of Josiah Joliff, died in her home at 
1400 Walnut Hill St. Wednesday at 10:53 a.m. after a long illness.
A native of Chesapeake, Northampton County, she lived in Norfolk 65 years.
She was a daughter of Luther and Mrs. Catherine Dalby Nottingham.
She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church.
Surviving is a son, J. Russell Jolliff of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be conducted in Cox Funeral Home Friday at 10:30 a.m. by 
Dr. Hugh M. Burleigh of Epworth Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
