Funeral services for Jessie L. Jones who died at a local hospital Jan. 11 after a 
short illness were held in the chapel of the Chatman Funeral Home with the Rev. J. 
C. Diamond officiating.

Mr. Jones was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, the Del Rio Social Club and 
was well known and greatly loved throughout the entire community.

Interment took place in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with the Chatman Funeral Home 
directing.
