Thomas E. Jones - Funeral services of Mr. Jones, who died Sept. 16 in a local
hospital, were conducted Sept. 21 from First Baptist Church with the Rev. J. D.
Pruden officiating. The deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edith P. Jones;
mother, Mrs. Nettie Jones, seven sisters, two daughters, Misses Laverna and
Edith W. Jones, and relatives and friends. Interment followed in Calvary
Cemetery with Riddick Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
