Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, December 27, 1991 
Sara Jones, of the 200 block of Waverly Drive, died Dec. 25, 1991, in a hospital.

She was born in Murfreesboro, N.C., and was a member of Bank Street Memorial
Baptist Church in Norfolk.

Survivors include her mother, Gertrude Purdy of Gates County, N.C.; and two
sisters, Dorothy V. Gay of Virginia Beach and Edna Fennell of Hampton.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bank Street Memorial Baptist
Church by the Rev. Joseph Dancy. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends
may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
