The funeral of Mrs. Mary Jones of Oakwood was held from the Zion Light Baptist 
Church Sunday, June 4, with the Rev. J. Thomas Jones officiating. The deceased 
died at her home Thursday, June 1. She was born in the county of Norfolk and 
lived here her entire life. Her husband, Lee Jones, parents, two brothers and 
two sisters and three children survive. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
