Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, February 17, 1991
Benjamin C. Jones, of the 400 block of Chapel St., a retired warehouseman, died 
Feb. 14, 1991, in a hospital. 

Mr. Jones, a native of Southampton County, retired from Norfolk Naval Supply 
Center. 

Survivors include his wife, Marie L. Jones; a daughter, Laurann Jones of 
Norfolk; six sons, Benjamin C. Jones Jr. of Barstow, Calif., Micheal Jones, Earl 
Jones, Donald Jones and Curtis Jones, all of Norfolk, and Ronnie Jones of 
Triangle, Va.; a sister, Jennie Bynum of Franklin; a brother, Lee Jones of 
Baltimore; and eight grandchildren. 

The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Graves Funeral Home by the 
Rev. Joseph Lassiter. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the 
family at the residence.
