Norfolk Journal and Guide, Apr 15,1961
Funeral services were held at New Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Portsmouth, for 
William Thomas Jones on Sunday.

The Rev. James Powell conducted the services and interment was in Mt. Olive 
Cemetery.  Graves Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jones, who resided at 736 Clay street was a native of HIckory, but had spent 
most of his life in Norfolk.

The deceased was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dixie Jones and the husband of 
the late Mrs. Josephine Jones.

Mr. Jones died at his residence April 6.
