Norfolk - Mrs. Clara Jones, 58, of 1462 Melon street, was given final rites 
Wednesday in Queen Street Baptist Church by the Rev. J. J. Freeman.  Interment 
was in Calvary Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Jones, who died Sept. 4, was a native of Henderson, NC.  She was a daughter 
of the late Stephen Henderson and Mrs. Mary Henderson and a former member of 
Queen Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Edward Jones and Harry Jones and two daughters, 
Mrs. Mary J. Brown and Miss Jean Jones, also of Norfolk;  two brothers, James 
Henderson of Norfolk and Stephen Henderson of Henderson, and six sisters, Mrs. 
Mollie Fraley, Mrs. Blanch Holloway and Mrs. Lillie Burton of Norfolk, and Mrs. 
Elizabeth Arrington, Mrs. Ellen Floyd and Mrs. Lucy Hawkins of Henderson.
