Norfolk Virginian Pilot Sunday October 24, 1943
Mrs. Alice Dennis Jones, aged 70, widow of B. Frank Jones, died at a local 
hospital yesterday afternoon at 1:35 o'clock.  She is survived by a sister, Mrs. 
Susie L. Wilbern, and a niece and several nephews.  Mrs. Jones was a native of the 
Eastern Shore and had been a resident of Norfolk for 50 years.  She was a member 
of the First Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
morning at 11 o'clock.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
