Norfolk - Mrs. Fannie W. Jones of 961 Galt St. died Wednesday in a hospital 
after a long illness.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Mrs. Martha C. 
Gaskins and the widow of George M. Jones.  She was a member of C. H. Mason 
Memorial Church of God in Christ.

Surviving are a stepson, Moses Wright of Norfolk;  a foster daughter, Mrs. 
Mildred Richardson of New York;  a brother, Luther C. Gray of Norfolk;  six 
nephews;  and three nieces.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at noon in C. H. Mason Memorial Church 
of God in Christ by the Rev. D. L. Williams.  Burial will be in the family plot 
in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
