Virginian Pilot April 26, 1908

Mrs. Sadie A. Jones, wife of Frank A. Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.D. 
Williams, died yesterday morning at 10 o'clock at the home of her parents, 
307 Mulberry Street, after a brief illness.  The deceased was born in 
Berkley and was 25 years of age.  She was an active member of Memorial 
Methodist Church, and was especially beloved by the young people.  She was 
also a member of the Girls' Society of the church and was highly esteemed.  
In addition to a mother and father, she is survived by a husband, two 
brothers, Herman and Dallas Williams and two sisters, Mrs. Theo. A 
Guillaudeu Jr. of New York and Miss Alice Williams of Berkley ward.
The funeral will be held from the residence Monday evening ty 4 o'clock.  
Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Frank A. Jones took place at the residence of 
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.D. Williams in Mulberry street, yesterday 
afternoon at 4 o'clock.
Rev. T. McN. Simpson, pastor of Memorial Methodist Church, officiated and 
the interment was in Magnolia Cemetery.
The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful, among them being a design 
from the Home Mission Society, the Florine-McEacham Mlte(?) Box Brigade, the 
Sunday School and a class which was formerly taught by her in the Sunday 
School of Memorial M.E. Church.
The following were pallbearers:  John B. Morgan, F.M. Morgan, Jr., Lyons H. 
Williams, Irving Wicks, W.J. Heard and Charles F. Heard, cousins of the 
deceased and Paul Garrett and J.W. Jordan.
