NORFOLK - Mrs. Ethel Poyner Jones of 1214-A Virginia Beach Blvd., died Friday in 
her home.

A native of Norfolk, she was the widow of Willie Jones and a daughter of the 
late Albert Poyner Sr. and Mrs. Lizzie Dean Poyner.

She was a member of Silver Queen Lodge.

Surviving are two sons, Leroy Poyner and James A. Poyner, and a daughter, Mrs. 
Tessie Poyner Hunter, all of Norfolk; a brother, Albert Poyner Jr. of Elizabeth, 
N.J.; and five grandchildren.

The body was taken to Riddick Funeral Service.
