The Virginian-Pilot, Tuesday, August 1, 1961

NORFOLK - Mrs. Hallie H. Jones, 58, of 819 Clay Ave., died Sunday night in a 
Norfolk hospital.

Daughter of James and Mary Jones, and a Norfolk native, she was a member of St. 
Mark's Community Church.

Surviving are her widower, James Jones; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Rainey and 
Mrs. Willie Small of Norfolk; and a sister, Miss Martha Jones, and a brother, 
Norris Jones of Norfolk.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
