CHESAPEAKE - Lucy Jones, of the 800 block of Johnson Ave., died November 18, 1987,
in a hospital.

Mrs. Jones, a native of Princess Anne County, was the widow of Joseph C. Jones. She
was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Ernest G. White Sr. of Norfolk; a brother Armistead H.
Goodman of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in New Calvary Baptist Church by the
Rev. Oliver Welch. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

The family will be at 881 Johnson Ave. The body will be taken to the church at 9:30
a.m. Saturday.
