Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch June 14, 1912
Miss Georgie Jones, daughter of the late Colonel John B. and Elizabeth Jones, 
Currituck county, N.C., died at the home of her niece, Mrs. M. E. Spruill, No. 116 
Bank street, at 4:30 p.m. yesterday. The funeral will be held at the residence at 
4 p.m. tomorrow and will be conducted by Rev. Thos. A. Smoot, D.D., of Epworth M. 
E. Church. Interment in Elmwood.
