                          HERBERT H. JONES DEAD.
The remains of Herbert H. Jones, of Hampton, who died in York county Thursday 
while on vacation, arrived in Norfolk yesterday morning, accompanied by 
relatives and friends. The funeral was held at Elmwood cemetery and the service 
at the grave was conducted by Rev. Father R. A. Drake of the Sacred Heart 
Catholic church.
The deceased was a student at Mt. St. Joseph college, Baltimore. Following were 
the pallbearers:
Old Point College - Thomas Coan, James Sullivan, Michael Bont and Francis 
Stoegeser.
Norfolk Students at Mt. St. Joseph College - Harry Seelinger, Antille Walters, 
L. R. Graves and Warde Respass.
