Norfolk Landmark February 24, 1893
DEATH OF MRS. M. E. JONES.
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Jones, died at an early hour yesterday morning at the 
residence of her husband in Bute street. Mrs. Jones was formerly a Miss Rogers, of 
Baltimore, Md., and was a lady of lovely character and great personal attractions, 
which endeared her to a large circle of devoted friends. The funeral will take 
place from the residence, No. 90 Bute street, at 1 o'clock this afternoon.
