The Virginian-Pilot, Wednesday, April 18, 1973

NORFOLK - Judge C. Jones of 407 Nicholson St., a disabled Army veteran, died 
Monday in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was a son of the late Thomas and Mrs. Victoria N. Jones.

He was a member of St. Mark RZUA Church.

Surviving are five brothers, Thomas Jones, Isaac Jones, Edward Jones, Russell 
Jones, and Derrick Jones of Norfolk; and eight sisters, Mrs. Ella L. Watson of 
New York, Mrs. Georgia N. Bullock, Mrs. Harriet C. Teshara, Mrs. Kay J. Mack, 
Mrs. Thomasine Carter, Mrs. Ursula Banks, Mrs. Hattie Williams, and Mrs. 
Francena Valentine of Norfolk.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.

Additional Comments:
NORFOLK - A funeral service for Jodge Jones will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in 
St. Mark AZUA Church by the Rev. O. Allen. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery 
with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
