NORFOLK - Mrs. Martha D. Jones of 6607 Sewells Point Road died Saturday in her 
home.

A native of West Point, N.C., she was the wife of John O. Jones.

She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Booker T. Pete of Norfolk; a stepson, Elvert Jones of 
Portsmouth; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Gladys Williams of Chesapeake and Mrs. 
Mildred Brown of Newport News; and a grandchild.

Additional Comments:
NORFOLK - A funeral service for Mrs. Martha Pete Jones will be held Thursday at 
2 p.m. in Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with 
Graves Funeral Home in charge.
