Virginian-Pilot December 30, 1947
Mrs. Ruby Lee Jones, wife of L. M. Jones, died at their residence in Lansdale 
yesterday at 3 a.m.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Julia E. Lynes, of 
Norfolk; a grandson, Earl Nelson, and a great-grandson, Donald Nelson, both of 
Portsmouth. She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at 
2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
