Norfolk Virginian July 15, 1892
The funeral of Mr. Thos. E. Jones, who died at his residence, No. 420 Brambleton 
avenue, Tuesday, took place at 10 o'clock yesterday from the Christian Church, on 
Highland Terrace, and was conducted by Rev. C. J. Jones, D.D., the pastor. The 
interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: Messrs. A, 
M. Eley, A. Perry, J. C. Haynes, J. H. Diebro, Henry Holmes, E. B. Marchant, J. W. 
Hall and C. M. Cross.
