Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, November 27, 1994 
Mrs. Bertha Brown Jones, 96, died on November 17, 1994.

Mrs. Jones was born March 5, 1898, in Norfolk, Va., the daughter of the late
Daniel H. Brown and Mrs. Susie King Brown.

Survivors include a granddaughter, Susan Fulford Miller; two great-grandsons;
one nephew; three nieces and other relatives.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery ,
Norfolk, with the Rev. Joseph N. Green officiating. The family will be at the
home of her niece, Mrs. Marian Edmonds, on Craten Road in Norfolk.
