Thomas Jones, 46, of 1248 Virginia Beach boulevard, who died Dec. 4 in a local
hospital, was given final rites Saturday at Pretlow Funeral Home.
  The Rev. Richard A. Councill, officiated at the service.  Burial was in
Calvary Cemetery.
  A native of Norfolk, Mr. Jones was self-employed.  He is survived by two
sisters, Mrs. Ruth E. Hill and Miss Vandelia Morris of Norfolk;  and a brother,
Joward Jones, also of Norfolk.
