 Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Wednesday April 19, 1933
Mrs. Ruby Irene Jones, aged 50, died suddenly at her residence at 209 Hugo 
street, Norview, yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock. She was a native and 
lifelong resident of Norfolk.
Mrs. Jones is survived by one son, Robert L. Benthall, and three sisters, 
Mrs. A.M. Crump, Mrs. Virginia P. Penn and Mrs. Edward Wilkes, all of 
Norfolk. The body was removed to the funeral home of James V. Derry. 346 
West Princess Anne road. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Mrs. Ruby Irene Jones - Funeral services for Mrs. Jones, aged 50, who died 
suddenly at her residence in Norview Tuesday afternoon, will be conducted at 
the James V. Derry Funeral Home, 346 West Princess Anne road this afternoon 
at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Walter C. Whitaker, rector of the Church of the 
Advent, will conduct the services and interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
