The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Saturday December 14, 1918
News has just been received of the death in Baltimore, Wednesday December 11th, 
of Mrs. Rebecca A. Jones, widow of Col. Aubrey H. Jones, of the Confederate 
army.  She was a daughter of the late Commodore William M. Armstrong, U.S.N., 
of Norfolk, where she was raised. Her nearest relatives here are Misses 
Adelaide T. Baker, Elizabeth A. Baker, James A. Baker, Mrs. John Newport 
Greene, Miss Urith Greene, and Miss Fannie A. Sams and C. Whittle Sams.  The 
funeral will be held at the grave this morning in 
Elmwood cemetery, conducted by the Rev. M.B. Marshall.
