Funeral services for Mrs. Mariah E. Jones, 42, 1551 43rd street, who died at her
home August 23, were held at the First Baptist Church in Lambert's Point on
August 29. The Rev. J. Jasper Freeman officiated. Mrs. Jones was born in Prince
Edward County, VA, and had lived here 28 years. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
