Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, April 12, 1990 
Bernice E. Jones , of the 700 block of Fremont St., died April 10, 1990, in her
home.

A native of Norfolk, she had retired from the Norfolk Naval Supply Center after
20 years. She was a life member of the NAACP.

Survivors include a sister, Lillie Taylor of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Graves Funeral Home by the
Rev. J.L. Kearney. The body will be cremated. Family and friends will assemble
at 12:45 p.m. in the funeral home.
