NORFOLK - Clarice Harris Jones went to her eternal rest Feb. 22, 2007, at her
home. She grew up in Seaboard, N.C., born to the late Weldon and Jeanette
Harris. At an early age, she moved to Norfolk where she worked at DePaul Human
Resources for 15 years.

She leaves behind eight children, Phillip Fisher Jr., Delora Little (Columbus),
Joyce Heath, Barbara Harris, Cinda Bond (Franklin), Angela Sanders (Brent),
Yvonne Cherry (Clyde) and Kenneth Williams; one brother, Charlie Harris; 14
grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a special niece, Shirley Edwards (St.
Paul); special nephew, John Green Parker (Virginia); and a host of nieces,
nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by two children, James Fisher
and a baby girl Jones.

The funeral will be held at noon Thursday in Enoch Baptist Church, 5641 Herbert
Moore Road, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Michael Daniels. The body will be laid
to rest at Calvary Cemetery. Graves Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
