Norfolk - Rufus Jones, of the 300 block of Brambleton avenue, died August 10 in
a hospital.

He was a native of Bayboro, NC, and was the son of Annanias and Mrs. Mary Jones
and the husband of Mrs. Nora Jones.

Besides his wife, the survivors include, three brothers, Clarence Jones and
Charlie Jones of Norfolk and David Jones of New York;  and two sisters, Mrs Eva
Hollowell and Mrs. Nettie Mae Noel of Norfolk.

Services were scheduled to be held Saturday at 4 p.m. in the Graves Funeral
Home.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
