Norfolk Journal and Guide,Oct 27,1945  
Willie J. Jordan - Funeral services for Mr. Jordan, 1407 Turner street, who died 
on Oct. 18 were held on Oct. 20 at Hale’s Chapel with the Rev. J. Q. A. Lassiter 
officiating. He leaves two brothers, four sisters, and a host of relatives and 
friends. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
