NORFOLK - Sherman Jordan of 1019 Billings St., the husband of Mrs. Mildred Jordan 
died Tuesday in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was a retired longshoreman and member of ILA Local 1248 
for 20 years. He was a member of St. John AME Church.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Graves Funeral Chapel by the 
Rev. A.R. Powell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
