Virginian Pilot March 2, 1990

Marie Jordan, of the 500 block of Rockingham St., a retired domestic worker, died 
Feb. 27, 1990, in a nursing home.
Mrs. Jordan, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of Augustus Jordan.  She was a 
member of First Trinity A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include a sister, Eleanor Turner of New York City.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Trinity A.M.E. Church by 
the Rev. L.R. Daughtery.  Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. 
Metropolitan Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
