Funeral services for Mrs. Viola R. Joyner, of 518 Brambleton avenue, were 
conducted Feb. 20 at Queen Street Baptist Church where she held membership.  The 
Rev. J. Jasper Freeman officiated.

Mrs. Joyner died at her residence on Feb. 13.  She was a native of Wilmington, 
NC,  and a member of Daughters of IBPOE of W.

She is survived by her husband, Peter Joyner;  daughter, Mrs. Mamie L. Taylor;  
and one granddaughter, Vanzerlenia Taylor.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Morning Glory Funeral Home in charge.
