Princess Anne Road died in a hospital Tuesday. He was the husband of Mrs. Florence Duff Joynes and a son of Ernest R. and Mrs. Elizabeth Knight Joynes. A Norfolk native, he was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a salesman with Etheridge-Baylor-Hofheimer, Inc. He was active in First Presbyterian Church. He was a member of Atlantic Masonic Lodge 2 and Khedive Shrine Temple. Surviving, besides his widow, are a daughter, Mrs. William Wa1ter Stroud of Springfield; a son, Harry Duff Joynes of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. William Simpson of Fresno, Calif., and Miss Constance Joynes of Norfolk; a brother, Stanley Knight Joynes of Norfolk; and two grandchildren. The body will be taken from H. D.
