JOYNES DIES OF HEART ATTACK Kenneth Lintz (sic) Joynes, 42, was discovered dead in his home, 115 East Twenty-seventh Street yesterday, apparently the victim of a heart attack suffered Saturday, Coroner's Investigator, Leon Nowitsky announced. Joynes lived alone in what is known as the old Lintz home. Nowitsky classified the death as due to natural causes. A Norfolk native, he is survived by his father, Thomas C. Joynes; two sisters, Mrs. B. J. Nixon, of Hampton, and Mrs. Wilhelmina Sandifer, of Norfolk, and one brother, Thomas L. Joynes, of Baltimore. Funeral services will be conducted today at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery by the Rev. W. H. T. Squires, D.D., pastor of Ingleside Presbyterian Church. Additional Comments: His middle name is Lewis on his draft card, and his date of death is given as November 15, 1947, on his death certificate.
