JUDSON ATTORNEY, DEAD Member of Prominent Virginia Family Succumbs In Hospital At Age of 40 Funeral services for Leo V. Judson, well-known attorney, who died early yesterday morning at a local hospital, will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Judson, who was 40 years old, for 14 years was associated with the Seaboard Air Line Railway in a legal capacity. He was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, the son of Leo and the late Mrs. Clara Cunningham Judson. Mr. Judson received his early education at St. Mary's Male Academy and later attended Mt. St. Joseph's College and Washington and Lee University. He came of a distinguished family and was a descendant of William Judson, who settled in this country in 1634. Besides his father, Mr. Judson is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia Bowes; four sons, Thomas Walter, Sheldon Bowes, David Vincent and Paul Cunningham Judson and three brothers, the Rev. Paul Judson and Hobart Judson, of Washington and Walter Judson, of Kingwood, W.Va. ***************** JUDSON, LEO V - At a local hospital, Monday, September 19th, 1932, at 4 o'clock a.m., LEO V., husband of Julia Bowes Judson and son of Leo and the late Clara Cunningham Judson, in the 41st year of his age. Remains will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, Nos. 610-12 East Freemason Street, to St. Mary's Catholic Church for services WEDNESDAY MORNING at 10 o'clock.
