Norfolk - Final rites were conducted Sunday in Hale Funeral Chapel for Elijah 
Judy of 1561 W. 43rd street.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.  He died March 11 
in his home after a short illness.

Mr. Judy was a native of Henderson, NC, and was a son of Sandy Judy and Mrs. 
Ammie Judy.  He was a retired merchant seaman.

Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Frances Hawkins and Miss Olivia Armstead of 
Norfolk.
