Virginian-Pilot April 19, 1899
                              SUDDEN DEATH.
Mr. Peter A. Kaiser, a well-known young man, formerly in the employ of St. 
Vincent's Hospital, and residing at No. 603 Church street, died suddenly yesterday 
morning at the above named institution of intestinal obstruction. The deceased had 
only been sick since last Sunday night and was taken to the hospital yesterday 
morning to have an operation performed on him, but too late to undertake it. The 
funeral will be held from his late residence at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon.
The deceased was the son of Mr. Peter Kaiser, of Baltimore, and leaves a widow and 
a brother in this city.
