Esther Kroskin Kaplan, 90, of Norfolk, a retired Red Cross social worker, died 
March 30, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Kaplan was a native of Norfolk, VA. She was the widow of Harry Kaplan. She 
was a former bookkeeper for Norfolk Coal and Oil for many years before going to 
work for the Red Cross.
Mrs. Kaplan was a member of Congregation Beth El, Norfolk, Hadassah, the Ladies 
Hebrew Charity Society and the Beth El Sisterhood.
She is survived by Mrs. Alene and Mervin Hoffman of Norfolk and several nieces 
and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 1, 1994, in 
B'Nai Israel Cemetery, Norfolk, by Rabbi Arthur Ruberg and Canter Jacob 
Tessler. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
