The deceased was born in Ireland but had been a resident of this city for fifty- seven years and was well known in the community and was for many years employed in the navy yard. He is survived by a widow and five children, Mrs. Helen Mee, Mrs. M.J. Ryan, Mr. Edward Kavanaugh and Miss Christina Kavanaugh and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Pittman, Mrs. Anne Searles, of Norfolk and Mrs. Katherine Kelly, of Portsmouth. The funeral will take place from St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. **************************************************************************** KAVANAUGH - At the residence, No. 72 Bermuda street, Tuesday, April 26th, 1904, at 11:50 o’clock a.m., BRIAN KAVANAUGH, in the 76th year of his age.
