Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, November 17, 2005 
NORFOLK - Catherine D. Kearney , 77, of the 5300 block of Ashby St., departed
this life Nov. 10, 2005, at Norfolk Health Care Center. She was preceded in
death by her son, James G. Hendricks III. Survivors are daughters, Katherine
Porter (Percy) of Houston, Texas, Anne P. Eure of Norfolk; sons, Michael
Hendricks (Ruby) of Norfolk and Minister Thaddeus Hendricks (Estrella) of
Jacksonville, Fla.; sisters, Willie Mae Howard of Trenton, N.J., Edith Green of
Norfolk; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends.

A wake will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Graves Funeral Home. Services will be
held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Queen Street Baptist Church. Pastor Wherry will
officiate. Family will receive friends and guests at 5312 Ashby St.
