Richard Leroy Keeling, 2405 Tidewater Drive, died at his residence Dec. 5 at the 
age of 70.  He was a member of the Sons of Norfolk and the Lancaster Social and 
Beneficial Association.  He is survived by one son, Melvin Keeling and one niece, 
Miss Helena Smith.

Final rites were conducted Sunday, December 8 at St. John AME Church.  The 
pastor, Rev. J. R. Johnson, officiated.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with 
Riddick’s Funeral Service in charge.
