Willis Eugene Keeling Sr., who died Dec. 17 in a hospital, will lie in state from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at First Calvary Chapel, where he was pastor for 25 years. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Calvary Baptist Church, Where Rev. Mr. Keeling was a member, with the Baptist Ministers Conference conducting the rites. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under direction of Riddick Funeral Home. A former Pennsylvania Railroad employee who retired after 25 years of service, Rev. Mr. Keeling was a Norfolk native. His survivors include his wife, Mrs. Helen Estelle Keeling; a daughter, Miss Sandra J. Keeling of Brooklyn; three sons, Roland and Kenneth Keeling of Portsmouth and Willis E. Keeling Jr. of Baltimore; two sisters, Mrs. (first name smeared) Holley and Miss Viola Keeling of Brooklyn.
