Virginian-Pilot, November 27, 1900


Mr. James T. and Gracie E. Kegebein, of No. 537 Church Street, had the 
misfortune to lose their little son, Frank Boles, by death at 10 o’clock 
Saturday morning. The funeral took from the family residence. Rev. Dr. H.E. 
Johnson, of Cumberland Street M.E. Church, conducting the services. Mr. E. H. 
Todd acted as usher.
Frank was only eight months old, and was a bright, lovable child. His remains 
were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery.
