He was a former resident of Norfolk and will be brought here for burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The date of the funeral will be announced later. Mr. Kellam was the son of Severn Frederick and Patsy Goffigan Kellam. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy E. Kellam; five children, Miss Florence P. Kellam, of Washington; Mrs. Mattie Severn Simmons and Mrs. Mary Grace Woodhouse, Norfolk; John Kellam, of Buffalo, N.Y.; and Elmer J. Kellam, of Yakima, Wash.; and four grandchildren. **************************************** Lucius John Elmer Kellam, former resident of Princess Anne County, died yesterday(Wednesday) afternoon at 5:40 o'clock at his residence, 1628 Monroe street, N.W., Washington. He was 80 years old. The body will arrive this morning on the Washington steamer and will be taken to the Funeral Home of Ewell & Williamson, 436 West Thirty-fifth street. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery at a time to be announced later. The Rev. Robert B. Kesley, pastor of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, will officiate and interment will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nancy E. Kellam; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Grace Woodhouse and Mrs. Mattie Severn Simmons, of Norfolk and Miss Florence Kellam of Washington; two sons, John Kellam, of Buffalo, N.Y., and Elmer J. Kellam, of Yakima, Wash., and four grandchildren.
