E. Kellam and daughter of the late Capt. Solomon W. and Mrs. Lydia White Caffee, a native of Knotts Island, N.C., and a resident of Norfolk until 12 years ago when she moved to Washington, D. C., died there Saturday afternoon at her residence, 1628 Monroe street, N.W., after a long illness. She is survived by five children. Miss Florence P. Kellam, of Washington; John Kellam, of Buffalo, N.Y.; J. P. Kellam, of Yakima, Wash.; Mrs. Mattie S. Simmons and Mrs. M. Grace Woodhouse, both of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. B. F. Flannagan, of Brentwood, L.I., and Mrs. Thomas S. Winn, of Richmond, and five grandchildren. Mrs. Kellam was a member of the First Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Chapel services were held for Mrs. Kellam in Washington on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
